Tara Radzinski, cofounder and CEO of Sustainable Solutions Corporation, has over 20 years of financial and operational planning experience. Over the last 10 years, Tara’s efforts have resulted in SSC’s year over year growth and consistent improvement of internal processes. Through her design and implementation of systems and operating procedures, SSC offers ever-improving customer service and efficiency. Tara also plays an integral role in fostering the company’s community connections by coordinating support of local charities and volunteer programs.

Tara frequently speaks to groups of women business owners to share her success story and provide inspiration in defining and achieving compelling goals.
Tara has a degree in Education from Pennsylvania State University. During the last 20 years she has served as an accountant clerk, responsible for a $1 million budget, and as the Tax Collector of Royersford Borough, Pennsylvania, responsible for collecting $10 million over a four year period.
Tad Radzinski, cofounder and president, has 30 years of diversified experience providing sustainable industry services, energy efficiency, green building and sustainable community design, as well as project engineering, design and construction management for multiple green building projects. Tad is a recognized leader in sustainable design and development and teaches and speaks extensively on his experience with designing sustainable buildings, communities and industrial systems.
Tad served as the Waste Minimization Program National Expert for the Environmental Protection Agency from 1997 to 2007. He received numerous awards from the EPA including two national Notable Achievement Awards and a Superior Service Medal for "outstanding collaboration with industry which reduced 100 million pounds of waste, saved 1.6 billion gallons of water, and saved industry $42 million." He integrated EPA Reinvention Programs (Project XL, Common Sense Initiative, and Sustainable Development) into the Waste Minimization Program. He is the past president of the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy located in Schwenksville, PA. Prior to joining the EPA, Tad served as a Project Manager for Junkins Engineering, Inc., an environmental consulting firm. He also worked for PECO Energy Company as a mechanical and systems engineer.
Tad was recently named to the Board of Directors for the International Society of Sustainability Professionals. As a board member, Tad will help grow the organization and provide direction to take this elite organization to the next level.
Tad serves as an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University, where he developed and is teaching graduate classes in Principles of Sustainable Development, Sustainable Manufacturing and Eco-Design/Advanced Life Cycle Assessment. He assisted Villanova with developing a Master of Science Degree in Sustainable Engineering. In addition, Tad is an instructor at Villanova University for the IFMA Sustainability Facility Professional Course—an assessment-based certificate program delivering a specialty credential in sustainability.
Tad has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a M.S. in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Pennsylvania, a LEED Accredited Professional, a certified Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP), and is trained as an ISO-14001 lead auditor. Tad is an active member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
